Erika Conley

OWNER & TAILOR

My journey in this craft began under the guidance of my mother, a master pattern maker who ran a tailoring shop in Manila, Philippines. As her protégé, I mastered the art of needlework at 13, nurturing my creativity among the fabrics and threads.

In 2015, destiny brought me to Missouri, where I juggled my time between sewing and a diligent career in the food industry.

By 2019, I launched a Facebook page called Sewccessful to showcase my sewing projects as a content creator. Unexpectedly, my needlework did more than join fabrics—it connected people.

As my reputation grew, the demand for my services soared. The locals entrusted their clothing to my expertise. Alterations quickly became my signature service, with social media and word-of-mouth as my messengers.

Finally, in 2022, I proudly opened Sewccessful—a sanctuary where every stitch fulfills a dream. Here, I infuse magic into every hem, button, and zipper, ensuring everyone leaves feeling not only well-dressed but cherished.
